Jarhead Movie is a reference on one film and the war picture it belongs to: Jarhead, directed by Sam Mendes and released by Universal on 9 November 2005, from Anthony Swofford's 2003 memoir Jarhead: A Marine's Chronicle of the Gulf War and Other Battles.
